Golfers at the Nelson
You saw many pro golfers out and about at this year’s Nelson. What are some things that they do that really strike a nerve with you? It could be their clothing, their mannerisms, their passion for the sport, etc. I would say overall it’s the difference in the aloofness that golfers give off as professional athletes. For all their pretentious behavior, most of these Tour players are “low-level celebrity.” They don’t give many autographs or pose for many photos. It certainly wouldn’t hurt the image of golf to become a little more fan-friendly. These professional athletes are no different from NBA and NFL players, and they need to remember the only reason why they have a professional level career is because of their fans. It’s disappointing that golfers don’t appreciate their fan base more.

Win McMurray
You all mentioned Lauren Thompson on The Golf Channel, but how could you forget Win McMurray on that same network? She’s bubbly, blonde, and absolutely beautiful. Plus, she said “bulging d#k” on TV. You know it is normally said you get either brains or beauty, but there is nothing more attractive, or entertaining, than a beautiful lady with a personality! Win McMurray is certainly an equal contender as far as pretty hosts on sports shows goes, but she gets bonus points for a nice smile and some wit.

Top 5 Dos and Don'ts in Men's Fashion
Give us your top-5 dos and don’ts for men’s fashion this summer. Don’t be afraid of the flip flops/man-sandals! But, do get a pedicure. Do accessorize with sunglasses, watches and nice shoes. Look like you put an outfit together and not just threw on a shirt and some shorts. Do wear colors – bright yellows and blues are big this summer. Don’t wear too much color or multiple bold patterns. Keep it one loud item per ensemble. On that note, don’t copy styles from men who are more than 10 years your age. Not all styles are appropriate for all generations! Do get a tan! Sport some shorts on the course to get some color on your legs this summer. Don’t be timid at trying new things. See what a nice fedora or bandana looks like and try to mix it up this summer. A ball cap is a timeless option too, but don’t wear the ratty, destroyed or trucker hats. Those are out! Lastly, do moisturize! The summer is humid and dries out your skin, and we like it smooth too!

Good Kids
My daughter’s family moved in with my wife and I for a short period of time while their house is being built. I’ve noticed in the time they’ve been under our roof that they really don’t discipline their kids. My grandchildren are very respectful of my wife and I, but when it comes to their parents, they are terrors. What should I do about this? Well, I am from an old school thought that it takes a village to raise a child. Especially if these are your grandchildren, I certainly would intervene. Respect is something many children are lacking these days. I remember being thumped when I was young if I didn’t answer with “Yes Ma’am” or “No sir,” traits I still use to this day with my elders. If the kids are still young I would absolutely work to instill that respect in them. And I wouldn’t think you would be out of line to address it with your daughter and her husband as well! Teaching kids manners and respect are two of the utmost important things you can give them as far as dealing with people in life. You should definitely discipline them while they are in your home or in your presence. Kids need boundaries, but they have to be taught those boundaries and it must be enforced in the home.

LeBron in Dallas
Will LeBron become a Dallas Maverick? Not likely. Let’s be honest, the biggest ego on the Dallas Mavericks is Mark Cuban’s. I don’t see Cuban bringing in LeBron to compete! Plus, I don’t see him fitting in with the crew the Mavs have currently. LeBron’s style of play would require the Mavericks to rework their post game. I also don’t know that Dallas’ record would be any more enticing to him than the Cavs’. Dallas hasn’t made it past the conference semifinals in the last three years, and since an NBA Championship is what LeBron is after, I don’t see him calling Dallas home anytime soon.
